Fisrt back to work after being sick for 4 days, i didn't count shit for calories altought i be make efforts to control my eating, only gain 2 lbs not bad.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
