Trying to stop eating at 6 pm. Seems to help according to today's wt.
164.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Through IF, I learned I was really packing on calories at night. I no longer eat at night except for Skinny Pop, and a rare ice cream. What a difference for me, don’t even want to eat anymore at night. Good job!👍👏👏👏
