Senior Carnage's Journal, 29 May 2009

Well its been 14 days since last weight in.. My drinking alcohol has really been slowing my diet down.. But yesterday i said enough is enough and now im going to AA.. Im hoping this will help kick my diet in and make my way of life a lot healthier. Im putting it in Gods hands.. So from now on i will weigh myself EVERY friday and hope for the best!!
392.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 112.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
