Good Morning. What an AWESOME day!!! I met my goal for the month. I now weigh in at 159.6 lbs - YEH!!! Now on to my April goal. I'm hoping to weight 155.0 lbs by the end of April - I'm sure if I keep my calories and Carbs DOWN and keep my exercising UP I'll get to that goal. Went out for Breakfast this Morning. No problems with my Breakfast order ( 1- Egg, 1- Slice American Cheese, 3- Bacon and 6 oz. Tomato Juice). I'm staying faithful to my low carb eating. I have started eating more Strawberries which have more carbs, but I'm okay with that since it hasn't stalled my weight loss. Well, I need to close and get ready to ride my exercycle....Marlene
