Did not weigh in. had to get up really early. Hubby's EMG was today. I waited in the van until he was done. came home had a cup of coffee and took my meds. One hour later I was so cold and was so tired. I went back and laid down-clothes and all. Slept until 4:30 pm. Got up and eat one slice of cold pizza for my meals for today. I think the stress did me in. Body said enough! so I listened. Feeling a lot better now.
296.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
