I guess 1/2 a lb is better than a gain after all I ate last weekend.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

The 150s by the 4th of July weekend is totally doable for you. Take your time and then go at it until you get to where you need to be. :-)
