I weighed in today, and I know that I haven't been doing anything that is worth losing weight over, but I was still a little disappointed that I haven't lost anything today. Tomorrow, I think I'm going to go for a walk. I need to be more active, before my body decides to rebel against me and stop functioning the way it should. As I had expected, last night consisted of one ginormous meal at the end of the day that left me feeling like I wanted to puke. In the future, I'll try to eat smaller meals throughout the day.
Funny thought of the day: I didn't realize that losing weight would involve eating so much. O_o. I'm not used to eating more than one meal a day. This is going to get crazy.
