Did the long 8 mile loop yesterday but by the afternoon I was losing all energy and I think it was that I actually hadn't had enough food to keep my body going. Not a good thing, but, it is good to know what that feels like and be able to figure out how to do better. Lost another .6 ounces (yes I have one of the digital scales that can drive you crazy). Very slow and very steady and I know I am doing all the right things.
