try as I may to put those 3# back on the Dr. wants, seems no matter what or how much I eat, how much or little I exercise, I just keep the range of 126-128#. I feel good in this range so maybe it's my medium! ! or... maybe I should just go on a BK, McD, Dunkin Splurge for a few days!!!...... I think NOT lol have a gr8 wknd !!
126.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
