Lisalr's Journal, 25 September 2021

Been working on this since August. The never ending battle of starting over and giving up and starting over.
Was at 169.9 then. Today I’m at 154.4. One difference this time ( than the other hundred times) is I’m not looking only for weight Loss. I’m working Now on ways to maintain a healthy, comfortable weight. I’m not thinking about “when I weigh X that will be good”. I’m not looking to never eat this or that again, or to exercise 2 hours each day to maintain. I don’t crave sugar, so I just eat a little fruit most days. I overeat starchy and junky carbs, but I’m limiting some carbs for now. My feet and legs feel better already. I can more easily cross my legs. I want to stop the rollercoaster, for good.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
