I’ve been eating good, this is what anti-inflammatories will do - they’ll keep your weight up a little bit - watching for a big loss tomorrow. I took my last anti-inflammatory at 1 AM. (Unless I get pain, lol…)
162.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
