p3(2nd 3 weeks ) day two

(41.2% bf 28.0 bmi) 38% bf 43.9% tbw

weighed yesterday @ 167.2. food weight. this round slowly adds some carbs still avoiding sugar. I'll just plan on a steak day once a week to keep the weight stabilized. "There are a small percentage of people, who doing everything right, still struggle to maintain their new set point weight." Guess where I fall?

Body measurements were down however, lost an additional half inch in my waist and lost a little more in the arms and thighs and upper chest. Now if only those little bulges of fat on my inner thighs would go!

Still debating another round in May....thinking I may attempt to keep weight stabilized right at 167, possibly anchor it at 165 then hit another round in August when school starts....

Big notice: reading the protocol...this diet call for an elimination of breads for the rest of your life! No wonder people gain back their weight. Not many people are reading the fine print.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.8 lb a week
