2nd p3 day 3

(41.3% bf 28.2 bmi ) 38% bf 43.9% tbw

resisting the urge to do a steak day. I am right at 169.4....exactly two pounds up from 167.4 which is last HCG weight. Couple of things going on here, food weight after complete empty body....a little constipated. Trying to let my body readjust back to normal process...I feel like steak day inhibits that.

Also, premenstrual. Period is a little late and historically it is a two to three pound water weight gain. I don't think my body is back to normal functioning after the HCG.

Believe me, my inclination is to complete a steak day, but I am giving it until tomorrow to see if my body can flush out on its own....lots of water today, zero carbs.

I did eat one square of a waffle yesterday and a very small roasted potato....two carbs in a day very bad!
169.4 lb Lost so far: 10.9 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.8 lb a week

Hey There! I saw your post in the community and wanted to lend you some advice for your P3... Looking at your diet I would recommend that you increase your protein and cut way back on the carbs. Also you need more calories than 1130 for the day. Eat more meat less dairy and fruits for awhile and get some almonds or pistachios. A great book to read is Gary Taubes "Why We Get Fat". Horrible title but was very eye opening and life changing for me. BTW... I went from 190 to 145ish in two rounds. You should be very proud of your accomplishment! David

This is my first round.I'm almost finished with my 3rd week of p3.Since starting the diet I lost 31lbs.I have my good and not so good days. I did follow the p3 diet really close for the first 2 days. I have now introduced dairy, carbs, and minimal sweets. I'm proud to say that I have only gained the 2lbs, so far!! I walk about 20,000 steps daily.Remember everyone is different.Also try exercise.We weren't able to exercise,except walk while on diet.I drink about 3 to 4 cups of coffee unsweetened early in the morning and this really helps with constipation.Good Luck and remember what you have accompished!!BE PROUD!!
