Slow and Steady wins the race! I'm down 34 pounds! Thank you Jesus! I don't want to go back to that unhealthy place again. Time to move forward. Full speed ahead :) I'm still unsure of what my weight loss goal should be. I am healthy at about 150 but my goal is 135. We'll see though. I want 150 to be my ceiling weight (the highest I'll get) so I'll aim for 10-15 pounds lower than that. Goal is a goal is a goal. Let's do this!
