Slow and steady! 5 more lbs to get back to my pre-injury weight of 303. The chocolate (Xocai) is really helping curb the cravings. I've been averaging less than 2000 calories for sometime now and do not have the urges to eat junk like i used to. For instance, last night went to movies and at 1/2 of a kiddie bag of popcorn and a 12 oz. Dr. Pepper. I just wasn't all that into the popcorn which is a major hurdle for me. usually I would have had a 44 oz. Dr. pepper and the largest bag popcorn they offered. But I was satisfied with way less. I'm curious to see where this chocolate will take me with weight loss and just overall feeling better.
