did well eating yesterday. b-friend went fishing and we have a TON of fresh fish..yesterday I walked/jogged on the treadmill for 30 min. Have yoga and kickboxing tonight..
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
