Good Morning to all- hope your Monday is the start of a new journey in your book of life. I continue to try ways to stay focused and on track. My struggles are just like everyone else has. But it really is more difficult at an older age. I have lost and regained a literal ton of weight in my lifetime. Every time I get back on program - I think this is it! - the "last" time I am going to do this. But I just never give up and keep trying to get the weight off . My new goal is the "Keep" it off. Yes there is a goal to reach- but this time I want to stay there. Baby steps. Health wise - I am still having some gut issues- Sadly I am beginning to think I am lactose intolerant. I love milk, yogurt, cottage cheese and cheeses of all kinds. So I need to do some research. Drink more plain old water to flush the toxins out! Try more natural probiotics- maybe get some sauerkraut. I tried the Oat milk and I am not a fan, dang I hate wasting money- pouring it down the drain. Oh well - I need to find out just what is going on. Blessing to all! ((((HUGS))))

It is HARD to find a lifestyle plan that works for you and that you can stick with long term. Have you tried lactose free milk? I like Fairlife 2% which has more protein and fewer carbs per cup. There is also a type of milk called A2, which comes from a different breed of dairy cows. It helps some people who have digestive issues with the protein in milk, not the lactose, so you might want to look into that if lactose free milk does not work for you. Best wishes!

Thank you for this information. I will look into this brand of milk.
