Hit the weights hard yesterday, and the scale is up a little today. No big whoop - that's totally normal for me. :)

Gonna go make that MIM with blueberries now. ;)
149.2 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
