I accepted a new Leadership position at work that changed my day to day routine. I stopped working out completely and became so busy that I was grabbing fast food and eating when I could.

I am ready to start making my health and weight loss a priority again. I started an 8 week running program that will also consist of some strength and resistance training. The routine starts off light and gets more challenging as the weeks go along.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
