My first day....So far so good. I worked out this morning (Walk Away the Pounds) and plan to start running again after work (C25K). I will be sitting down tonight and planning the rest of my meals. I will do this! I did Weight Watchers roughly 13 years ago and it worked too, but I think at this time in my life, I need something else. WW relies on too many processed foods. I want to eat clean. I don;t have a lot of weight to lose, but I want to get control of it now versus when I get to 198 pounds like I was then.
