It was very difficult, but over the holiday weekend I stayed away from desserts and alcoholic beverages. I also made sure to keep portions small and to get in the fruits and veggies.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
