Same as yesterday. At least the number has stopped bumping up. XD But I don't think the 4.6oz of chicken for dinner helped the scale number much either. :P

My foot doctor appointment went well yesterday, No cyst on the foot, no problems with my foot. So no going back and no more big needles in my foot hopefully ever again. :D

Planning to go walking again today, just walking. I think I over worked myself yesterday with jogging/running in the morning. My left calf hurt from it, so definitely take it easy today.

Besides that I think I'll have left over Garlic Teriyaki beef over rice for lunch, and probably soup for dinner.
265.5 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
