I got on the scale at the gym today and I'm down another 3 lbs since starting the Atkins. It really did make me feel better. The work out went even better. yahoo!
202.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
