kinda bummed, I did really well this week- writing everything down, having killer workouts each day- and only down 1 pound.... well i'm going to keep it up and hope for more next week.... but I feel great! and that's what matters most. After a shitty week last week, and then refocusing and getting back on track, I feel more confident than ever! I CAN do this! here's to a great weekend and upcoming week.
