Yippee! Yesterday, ate lunch and skipped breakfast and dinner. Had blueberries and whipped cream (small serving) as a snack/dessert.
179.2 lb Lost so far: 42.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
