friday weigh in!! seems for now my body wants ro be in the 127# range. Even with cutting back (a little) on my exercise, and eating more, especially protein, that 130# ma mark the Dr. & I have agreed on seems elusive, more so for her as I'm happy bouncing between 126 and 130!!!! But on the other hand, I think if I could lower the stresses somewhat, my body would react as well!!!! have a great weekend, gonna be warm, well at least here lol!!!
127.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
