Doing pretty good. Blood sugar numbers going down. Thank goodness! It is so hard to keep those carbs low, but I've decided that recording everything I eat is the best advice for me. It makes me take a look at what I am putting in my body and that seems to be giving me more control of what I am doing. By setting the range at 1800 calories like the doctor ordered and keeping those carbs under 219, I feel better. Now if this plantar fasciitis would just gooooo awayyyyy, everything would be cool!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
