I think the most important thing I learned was to write everything I eat down on paper. Down to the smallest bite. It helped me keep on track-immensely. The other problem I have is that I am hooked on sweets, even though they are low carb and sugar free, I don't want to be hooked on them and I am, I can go two to three days and then I eat some of this and it is making me so angry at myself. I really need/want to lose more weight to get in all of my old jeans I have waiting here for me. I think with writing everything down that I eat, may just do it, I may be able to finally lick this thing, that's what I want really bad. To be rid of my sweet eating habit. I think if I could do that I could get to my goal weight soon enough, can't wait.
