I think the most important thing I learned was to write everything I eat down on paper. Down to the smallest bite. It helped me keep on track-immensely.
The other problem I have is that I am hooked on sweets, even though they are low carb and sugar free, I don't want to be hooked on them and I am, I can go two to three days and then I eat some of this and it is making me so angry at myself. I really need/want to lose more weight to get in all of my old jeans I have waiting here for me. I think with writing everything down that I eat, may just do it, I may be able to finally lick this thing, that's what I want really bad. To be rid of my sweet eating habit. I think if I could do that I could get to my goal weight soon enough, can't wait.
109.5 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just wante to know if you have tried or are using the liquid Steva or the Liquid Splenda?? If not try them in some of the desserts and it will do wonders for thoes sweet cravings.
