Took a break and cannot seem to maintain weight. I'm either loosing or gaining weight. I need to find a good cruise control setting.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Try limiting your net carbs to 100g a day to lose and 150g to maintain. If you look at your diet calendar your daily carb intake is all over the place. Try and smooth that out - worked wonders for me.
