So, I've been horribly off diet for the past two weeks. Going through Divorce takes it toll on everything and my diet has taken a big hit. Still glad the scale hasn't turned the other direction but should have been down more to stay on track for where I want to be. hopefully I can get back into a new routine with divorce finalizing and I've now got to learn to live a single life all over again. But, I know now at least I can focus just on myself and stay on track and go above and beyond where I originally planned.
