RESONABLY WELL EATING... EXCEPT FOR THE NUTS (ABOUT AN 8TH OF A CUP) AS A SNACK I WAS STARVING ... AND THE CHOCOLET PIE SMALL PIECE.. THANK YOU NEIGHBOR..I COULDNT REFUSE
I DIDNT SLEEP WELL LAST NIGHT, TO MUCH ON MY MIND FROM BACK HOME... THIS IS NOT LIKE ME I AM USUALLY A GREAT SLEEPER.
201.7 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
