things seem to be going well and consistent since i've reduced my carbs, I'm down from 230 to around 100-130. I do feel like i'm eating too much read meat, so i still want to keep that in check
160.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
