Well Good Morning and Happy St. Patrick's Day!!! A rainy night, but this Morning clouds and some sun. My Mother had a Knee replacement 2 weeks ago so this Morning, I'll take her to get the stitches out. I also need to take her - her laundry. My Intermittent Fasting is going AWESOME. I'm now weight in at 162.2 lbs. Well, it's Breakfast time. Marlene.
