really should wait a week to do a weigh in, but seeing how yesterday's breakfast caloric intake was off the chart so to speak lol... we went on a day trip to Amish Country in Ohio, so you have to have fun, so we did!! ate the breakfast buffet @ the Amish Door Restaurant and loaded up lol. hense the need not to eat the rest of the day tooo full!!.. just a protein shake and banana last nite when we got home. surprisingly, with all the driving walking, etc. I only put on 1/2 a #. from yesterday. Mon. was 126.2#, and today is 127.8#. I'm still like a yoyo, but gained 1.6# this week back towards that 130# mark, so I'm feelin pretty good with myself! !!
