Slowly getting back on track. Going to be another hard weekend coming up.. staying at my sisters and I'll have the bad foods available. The Plan is to bring along lots of good snacks and foods that I can eat guilt free.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

great job on the plan! you can definitely do it. bring some popcorn and mix in some healthy stuff like pretzels, chex, granola, almonds...it can be a healthy snack for u!
