Every time I successfully resist a temptation or do my workouts anyway when I don’t feel like it it has this cascading effect on my self-esteem and motivation like if I keep stacking up wins that they’ll push me forward when I feel like Im never going to finish.
435.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 280.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Concentrate on today. You cannot control tomorrow or next week or how long it will take you. Just get through each day as it comes. You have the right attitude— stack up one win after another. Each day you successfully get through will make it easier the next because you KNOW you can do it. We are rooting for you.
