Today I celebrate one week of healthy eating! This week I will continue the improvement by adding 1 hour of walking with yoga and pilates. I will also eat fruit and oatmeal for breakfast. Soup and vegetables for lunch. A hard boiled egg for snack or 1/2 cup cottage cheese with green onions. I will eat a normal healthy portion dinner with my family. I will also enjoy 1 piece of Hershey's Bliss Chocolate once a day. I will continue to enjoy plenty of filtered water and drink diet soda only occasionally. I will also continue to record my activities and food on fat secret.
