Today I celebrate one week of healthy eating! This week I will continue the improvement by adding 1 hour of walking with yoga and pilates. I will also eat fruit and oatmeal for breakfast. Soup and vegetables for lunch. A hard boiled egg for snack or 1/2 cup cottage cheese with green onions. I will eat a normal healthy portion dinner with my family. I will also enjoy 1 piece of Hershey's Bliss Chocolate once a day. I will continue to enjoy plenty of filtered water and drink diet soda only occasionally. I will also continue to record my activities and food on fat secret.

Today is Fast Sunday, which means for the past 24 hours I have not had food or water in order to focus more on spiritual matters. My calories for yesterday are down more than 3,000 calories because of fasting and a very active Saturday. I fasted from 12:30 on Saturday until 12:30 on Sunday.

My Food Rules:
1. Eat real food
2. Not too much
3. Mostly plants
4. Eat when hungry
5. Eat sitting down, in a calm environment
6. Eat without distraction, no radio, tv,newspaper, book or anxiety producing conversations.
7. Eat what your body wants.
8. Eat until you are satisfied.
9. Eat with the intention of being in full view of others.
10.Eat with enjoyment, gusto and pleasure.

Today was the first day for fat secret...best program ever. Successfully entered all my healthy food choices. Will weigh myself in a week and see what happens. Today I felt great!
