i started out 312 lbs in 2007. I am (after many start overs) down to 241. my son gets married this year. I dont want to ruin anymore wedding photos. I exercise 5 and 6 days a week. I count every calorie, I measure everything, I track every bite. I just want to see better results.
241.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.1 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

If you work the plan, it should work. Make sure you track all your food honestly. Those bites, licks and tastes add up and keep you from losing (I know, it's my downfall). A food scale, measuring cups and spoons are great tools to help you understand what actual servings are. Eyeballing can cause you to overeat and stall weight loss. Get in your lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. WHAT you eat is important and can help you lose better than processed type foods (even though you can lose on processed foods). Drink you water, it flushes out sodium and keeps things moving. Play around with the extra points. Some people can eat them and lose others can't. Some can eat part and lose. Look in to power foods. Don't expect huge losses, but if you get them, it's wonderful. One day at a time. Good luck!
