I’ve hit the code red panic button. Even with regular strenuous mt bike rides, I have been going to too many BBQs and pot lucks. I have also neglected my tracking and the scale has told the truth to this folly. Starting today, dedicated tracking and healthy eating. Best of luck to all my fat secret friends!
