I had a weight gain this week. Im so upset because Ive done everything ive done the first few weeks except work out as hard. I still worked out 45 minutes a day but not my usual 1.5. Dont know whats going on. I did eat quick instant oatmeal too so maybe thats it... I will eliminate it and see if it makes a difference. Stll frustrating.. But Im going to complete this first cycle which ends June 27... Cant wait to see if there is a change!
171.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can't see how the oatmeal could make you gain. Is is that time of the month? Too much sodium? Are you keeping track of what you are eating? Studies show people underestimate what they eat by like 30% or more. Are you eating enough? Too low and you can gain. Are you getting in your water? Could be a lot of things.
