It's been a long winter and I had some health issues, namely some skin cancers that required surgery and I got afraid to continue walking, But I'm over that now and trying to get back to walking. It helps when the weather is nice instead of cold and windy or wet.
172.3 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
