Yes!!!! I'm starting to feel and see the difference just with 13 lbs. gone. Maybe in a few more weeks I can lose the size 14 pants. :)
187.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
