Rededicating myself to losing weight. My primary strategy is going to be smaller portions of more flavorful food, multiple course meals involving salads, and exercise.
308.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
