First morning in a week where I've had no change in weight. I've been expecting to see the number jump back up a pound or two. It's almost like I'm holding my breath in the morning when I get on the scale, waiting for the weight to show. Each little loss is an achievement, no matter how long it takes to get it, because in the end all those little numbers add up to one big goal. For me that 107.5lbs. One walk, one meal, one day at a time.



Plans for today:

Walk/jog at the park. (weather permitting)
Some home exercises or workout video.
House work.
Phone calls to make.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 43.5 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
