well, well, well....what can i say. excuse, excuse, I will not even bore you guys. believe it or not, my exercise has increased but so have my bad foods and alcohol, mom going through breast cancer srugeries and stress...anyway, glad to see so many of yall have been doing so great! Also, many new faces...DONT FOLLOW MY EXAMPLE! Anyway, I am back and going on a trip with a new guy in 2 months. Would love to get back to 130...
