As of today, I am no longer drinking pop. I will be updating every week with how well I am doing.
In two weeks I hope to be not eating fast food. Well, not as much anyways.
I also need to begin keeping track again...
I'm thinking of either doing Atkins or that Food Lovers system.
We'll see what happens.
