Holy cow! Apparently, the cleanse I was doing worked! On Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of last week, I did a small cleanse where I ate somewhere around 1200 calories a day to get past my plateau, and I lose 3.2 lbs last week because of it :) However, this is coupled with the fact that I got a new tape measure (one that will do the tension for me since I have a tendency to tighten things too much), and I've gained inches almost everywhere. I also apparently gained body fat (though that's more likely due to the measurements being too small, so I didn't gain body fat, I just didn't realize it was there), but no big deal. I know next week I'll see that coming down :D

The weekend was okay. I got some much needed R&R, but that also came with me eating bad food because I was so hungry from the cleanse. Bad idea. As soon as I had something fried I had the runs 30 mins later and felt crappy for the rest of the day. Sunday wasn't as bad, but I did eat a lot since I was ravenous. I'm going to try to get back on track today and this week :) Wish me luck!

Good luck to you. I have to join you on the getting back on track thing. I am wayyyy over. Did you take a break from T-25?

No, I'm still doing T25, and I'm almost done! It will be the second program I'll have completed by Beachbody, and by far my best results! I'm also trying to incorporate running into my current fitness regimen. So, I'll do T25 M-F as scheduled, and then run a mile on Sunday and Tuesday, and then slowly increase my distance to 3.2 miles on Thursday (I'm training for a 3.2 mile race in mid April :) ) You can do it too! Getting my diet in order is the hardest part, but I've done it before and I can do it again! Also, even when I've slid back, I've never slid back as much as I used to!

That's great news about the results from T-25. I may have to check out T-25. I am back to on track. Knock on wood. I had a mini melt down but I have regained focus. Best wishes on training for your run in April.
