I have been jogging for at least 25-30 minutes every night except for Saturdays. I was a little off plan and didn't get in all of my foods on Saturday.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet LA Weight Loss   losing 1.0 lb a week


Great commitment. I like doing work out videos. I hate jogging. I always feel like something is going to fall off!
