Well, I didn't eat as healthy as I would have liked yesterday, but I wasn't as bad as normal. The hubby and I went to Sam's yesterday and spent too much money on snacks and still haven't done the real grocery shopping. I should probably go this morning while he is still sleeping, but it feels like such a lazy day. I did put on some music and dance around the house yesterday. I know I need to start moving again.
249.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 119.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I didn't eat very healthy yesterday either and my body let me know that it was not happy with my choices. I recently became a member of Sam's and I was surprised at the massive amount of snacks; some healthy and some not so much. I too need to do some real grocery shopping since the freezer is getting low - I've definitely got to work that into my schedule this week. Have a wonderful day Lola :)
